Global HR Director – Sharon Vinnels

Invenio Business Solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of Sharon Vinnels as Global Human Resources Director. With over 20 years of experience in senior HR leadership roles across world-class organisations, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise in shaping people strategy, driving organisational change, and building global talent capability.

Sharon joins Invenio from Lotus Cars Europe, where she served as Human Resources Director and partnered with executive leaders to deliver transformative HR initiatives that strengthened organisational performance. She has also held senior positions at People Puzzles, Univar Solutions, McLaren Automotive, Motability Operations, and Technology Solutions Ltd, leading HR functions across EMEA and APAC.

Throughout her career, Sharon has successfully delivered complex transformation projects, including organisational change management, TUPE transfers, and global talent strategy planning. At Univar Solutions, she served as Vice President of HR for EMEA and APAC, where she defined and executed regional HR strategies that underpinned sustainable business growth across diverse markets.

As Global HR Director at Invenio, Sharon will play a pivotal role in strengthening our people and culture strategy, ensuring we continue to attract, retain, and develop world-class talent. Her leadership will help Invenio accelerate its growth journey, foster innovation, and support our global teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
