Reading, United Kingdom – 13^th October 2025 – We’re delighted to welcome Matt Riches to Invenio as Managing Director.

After nine years with EY and AgilityWorks — a journey that spanned both organisations following EY’s acquisition of AgilityWorks — Matt will be joining Invenio and bringing with him over 25 years of SAP experience and a reputation for driving innovation, growth, and client success across the ecosystem.

Matt admits he wasn't aware of Invenio before being approached (and after 25 years in SAP, that says something!) but he quickly recognised that Invenio represents something genuinely different in the market.

Founded in 2006 and headquartered in the UK, Invenio is a global SAP Partner with around 800 consultants across 11 countries. We’re proud of our heritage, our clients, and our exceptional team — but more importantly, we’re focused on the momentum ahead.

In the coming weeks, Matt will be introducing our Next Generation Service Offerings, spanning everything from Strategy & Roadmap Development through to Next-Gen AMS. He’ll also be sharing how we’re helping clients navigate their journeys across almost every SAP technology you can name.

Finally, and most importantly, this is about people.
Matt’s arrival is a very welcome addition to the invenio team — we’re fortunate to have some of the best — across our team, our clients, and our partners, but we’re growing fast and are always looking for more.
