Reading, United Kingdom, October 30, 2026 - Invenio has appointed Antonio Morais as Head of SAP Customer Experience (CX) Europe, strengthening its capabilities in customer experience transformation across both commercial and public sector organisations.

With over 18 years of experience in SAP Customer Experience, Antonio brings extensive expertise in delivering complex CX transformation programmes across retail, automotive, travel, manufacturing, utilities and telecommunications.

Antonio joins Invenio from EY, where he held the position of Senior Manager. His previous experience includes senior consulting roles at AgilityWorks and CGI (Logica), developing deep expertise in SAP CX, customer engagement platforms, Trade Promotion Management and enterprise integration.

Throughout his career, Antonio has led international projects and cross-functional teams, helping organisations connect customer-facing processes with their wider technology landscape.

In his new role, Antonio will lead Invenio’s SAP Customer Experience capabilities across Europe, while also working closely with its Tax & Revenue Management (TRM) practice to help government tax authorities improve the taxpayer experience. This will include exploring how customer experience technologies, automation and AI can simplify taxpayer interactions, improve access to digital services and create more connected, intuitive experiences for citizens and businesses.
